Use of this site
These terms apply to your use of this website, which is operated by Voltline Electric Co. ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. The information here is general and is not an electrical diagnosis, inspection, or quote for your home.
Online booking
Booking online is a request for a visit. We confirm your appointment by text or phone, and your appointment is set once you receive that confirmation. We may contact you to adjust the time or ask for more detail about the job.
Arrival windows, estimates, and pricing
Service calls are scheduled in arrival windows, such as 10 to 12, and an arrival time inside the window is an estimate. We text you when your technician is on the way. Prices are not fixed until we have seen the work and given you a written quote, and no work begins until you approve it.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move a visit; call or reply to your confirmation text. We may charge for visits that cannot be completed because no one is available at the arrival window or the site is not accessible.
Emergencies
Do not use online booking for an emergency. If you see sparks or smoke, or smell burning, get everyone clear and call 911. For downed power lines, call your utility. For no power or a hot panel, call us directly at (480) 555-0142.
Intellectual property
The text, images, logos, and design of this site belong to Voltline Electric Co. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, modify, or republish them without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have under our written service agreement or warranty for work we perform.
