- Photos. If you add a photo of an issue or your electrical panel, we receive that image.
- SMS consent. Whether you agreed to receive appointment texts, and when.
- Call and message records. Notes from calls, texts, and emails between you and our team.
- Website usage. Basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, and the page that referred you.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- schedule, confirm, and carry out the visit you requested;
- send appointment confirmations, reminders, and on-the-way updates;
- prepare estimates and invoices and answer your questions;
- follow up after service to make sure the work is right;
